Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
