Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. The Education, Training & E-Learning department offers a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while providing opportunities for professional growth.
