Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role focuses on youth development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing culture where students can make lasting impacts on their lives while growing professionally.
