Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support across the Milton Hershey School community.
