Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Design and oversee development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade setting. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling students to make lasting impacts on their lives.
