Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role focuses on fostering positive behavior within a nurturing, diverse culture at a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school.
