Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Promote positive behavior within the residential school environment and assist in training and e-learning initiatives. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
