Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure holistic student progress within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, offering opportunities to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
