Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role fosters student development within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade setting.
