Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role focuses on helping students thrive within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
