Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role supports student development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
