Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. This role focuses on helping students thrive in a nurturing, diverse culture while growing professionally.
