Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure student success across the pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
