Job Summary
Youth Advocates guide youth toward stability, confidence, and success in a small home-like environment, requiring driving and active supervision of 9 youth. You will provide support to help youth meet service goals (homework help, coping skills, behavior management), act as a positive role model for youths’ wellbeing, and ensure overall safety. The role includes evening and weekend hours as per schedule (Full Time, 40 hours/week: Sun/Mon/Tue 3 pm-11 pm, Wed 10 am-6 pm, and Sat or Sun 7 am-3 pm).
