Job Summary
Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline, while maintaining high-quality care consistent with practice goals. When not treating patients, assist with developing the behavioral health practice through protocol development, training, and clinical discussions with prospective clients. Take notes, assign billing codes within the EMR, and closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of each encounter. Review and interpret patient assessments, then attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings. This 100% virtual role reports to the Director of Counseling and requires an active LMHC or LICSW license in Washington. New grads are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed LMHC or LICSW in Washington
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program
- Active LMHC or LICSW License in Washington
- Responsive, strong communication both written and verbally

- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
- Effective time management and organization in a virtual environment
- Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology
- EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems
- Resourcefulness and independent, on the spot problem-solving capabilities
