Job Summary
Perform physically demanding warehouse duties including picking, packing, and preparing material for shipment; operate voice-directed picking equipment and power vehicles (forklift, reach truck, order picker) to move materials up to 24 feet high; maintain a clean, safe work area and follow standardized procedures; support continuous improvement, quality, and attendance efforts; cross-train on other roles as needed; high emphasis on safety, punctuality, and teamwork; position located in Grand Prairie, TX with 1st shift hours (5:00am-1:00pm) and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred
- Forklift/Reach Truck/Order Picker experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties including repetitive lifting up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand on concrete for long shifts and work overtime
- Experience with voice-directed picking equipment or similar picking systems
- Safety, quality, and attendance emphasis
- Cross-training on other jobs as required
