Job Summary
Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Outbound) responsible for receiving and selecting stock, relocating merchandise per handling guidelines, and preparing shipments. Executes outbound duties including loading/unloading, organizing items for shipment, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards, cooperates with peers and management, and provides input to improve warehouse processes. Requires strong attention to detail, basic arithmetic, effective communication, and ability to operate warehouse equipment in ambient and temperature-controlled environments. Schedule variety includes multiple weekly patterns with pay progression over years per schedule; starting hourly wage ranges from $22.25 to $25.25 depending on shift and differential. Pathways include collaboration with warehouse leadership to meet budgeted goals and maintain product quality and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory processes
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work multiple schedules and shifts as outlined (Schedule A1, A2, B, C, D)
- Proficiency with powered industrial equipment (Pallet jacks, forklifts) and safety compliance
