Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health needs as outlined in service plans. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and revise service plans by reporting current resident needs and preferences. Observe and document resident problems for Licensed Practical Nurses or Medication Techs/Aids when on duty. Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director. Maintain required state or provincial certifications and health-related credentials. This role supports a vibrant community focused on meaningful experiences for residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
