Full Time Urogynecology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Conduct detailed patient histories, perform physical exams, and manage pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform in-office procedures including bladder installations, pessary fittings, urodynamic testing, and cystoscopy. Provide pre- and post-operative counseling, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with urogynecologists and specialists on multidisciplinary team meetings. Document encounters in the EMR, complete timely billing, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and research. Work in an outpatient clinic setting with occasional inpatient rounding, requiring home call 10 days per month for after-hour patient care and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Physician Assistant License and certification in the state of practice
- Certification from the National Commission of Physician Assistants
- Licensed to practice in Indiana
- Current licensure by the Indiana State Board of Nurses' Registration and Nursing Education as an active Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized experience in women's health, urogynecology, or related field
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in urogynecological care
- 5 years of direct patient care experience
