Full-Time Universal Banker - Float

Universal Banker-Float within Ascend Bank's Retail Branch team delivering client service to walk-in customers, opening and maintaining accounts, educating clients on digital channels and debit rewards, and offering banking solutions matched to client needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, risk management and internal controls, utilizing CRM to capture client interactions for relationship-building and process improvement, and participating in branch meetings and training. Requires proficiency with MS Office, strong communication skills, ability to travel between branch locations, and a high school education or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish is a desirable attribute.
