Full time Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor (4p-12a)

Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts, ensuring all posts are properly staffed and providing coverage when needed. Conduct roll call, post inspections, and routine patrols while training, coaching, and mentoring staff on site procedures. Maintain daily activity and incident reports, responding to emergencies and customer concerns professionally. Serve as the primary liaison between the client, Operations, and security staff, communicating staffing needs and performance issues to Operations. Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and overtime as directed. This role requires a high school diploma, previous security experience, and supervisory skills, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
