Job Summary
Traveling Full-time Teller to staff six Southeast Texas branches (Lumberton, Beaumont, Nederland, Port Arthur, Bridge City, Orange). Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, and cash advances; balancing daily transactions; providing real-time teller support to members via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM); conducting complex teller functions as needed; and maintaining professional member relations. Must be comfortable with technology, possess strong customer-service skills, and be able to communicate with members through video in a professional manner. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; hours include rotating Saturdays and city-to-city travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of currency and check handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate computer applications and business equipment
- Experience in customer service
- Experience handling currency and checks (minimum one year for full-time)
- Comfort with technology and video-based member engagement
