Job Summary
Travel to nursing home facilities statewide to conduct enrollment support and in-service activities, educating participants, families, and facility staff on the enrollment process. Conduct enrollment calls from a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace when not in the field, helping people navigate care options with patience and clarity. Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally while building trusted facility relationships through strong listening skills and a compassionate, no-pressure approach. This field-based role requires an active health insurance producer license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to work independently with overnight stays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable health insurance producer license in the state
- Professional, well-spoken communicator with strong listening skills
- Comfortable traveling regularly, including possible overnight stays
- Reliable personal transportation
