Job Summary
Travel to nursing home facilities statewide to conduct enrollment support and in-service activities, educating participants, families, and facility staff on the Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. When not traveling, conduct enrollment calls from a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace to help participants and teams navigate the process with patience and clarity. Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally while building trusted relationships through strong listening skills and a compassionate, no-pressure approach. Requires an active health insurance producer license, reliable personal transportation, and ability to work independently with overnight travel. Includes paid time off, vehicle maintenance support, and company-issued equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable health insurance producer license in the state
- Professional, well-spoken communicator with strong listening skills
- Comfortable traveling regularly, including possible overnight stays
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Quiet remote workspace with reliable internet for enrollment calls
- Compassionate, patient approach and a commitment to ethical, no-pressure communication
- Travel to nursing home facilities throughout the state
- Regular statewide travel to nursing home facilities
