Job Summary
Provide individual and family counseling to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings while coordinating care with facility teams. Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols to deliver patient-centered care. Educate staff on holistic support practices and maintain clear, timely documentation of all interactions. Work autonomously with access to robust clinical and administrative support. This role requires state licensure as a Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW, Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours, and the ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds. PGS partners with long-term care facilities to expand access to quality mental healthcare for seniors, fostering a transparent culture of continuous improvement and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker (MD, DC, VA, or PA required)
- Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
- Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
