Job Summary
Host/Hostess for The Garland in North Hollywood responsible for greeting guests, managing seating and reservations, effectively communicating with the culinary and service teams, and maintaining an organized, high-standard service area. Duties include taking reservations, explaining menu items, delivering courteous guest experiences, resolving service issues, and ensuring timely seating and flow between dining spaces. Requires strong English communication, multitasking, and adherence to opening/closing procedures. Non-exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fine dining service preferred (1 year or more)
