Job Summary
Prepare and teach graduate-level law courses in physical and virtual classrooms, including Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Torts. Develop course materials, grade assessments, and provide feedback while maintaining regular office hours to advise students. Stay current in the law through legal research, scholarship, and engagement with the Law Center's intellectual life. Collaborate on faculty committees and attend events, ensuring a regular physical presence at the Great Falls campus. This role supports Touro's FlexTime JD Program, blending Sunday in-person instruction with asynchronous online coursework for working professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Proficiency in Zoom and Canvas or similar LMS
- An established record or promise of legal scholarship
- Commitment to teaching in an environment dedicated to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for both legal practice and teaching experience
