Job Summary
Process teller transactions for lobby and drive-thru areas, verifying deposits, examining endorsements, and confirming signatures. Build relationships with customers by interpreting their needs and recommending appropriate bank products while maintaining high levels of discretion. Foster teamwork through proactive interactions and apply critical thinking to promptly resolve customer inquiries. Comply with all regulatory requirements and coordinate numerous assignments in a fast-paced environment. Requires long periods of standing, sitting, typing, or repetitive motion, plus the ability to lift and carry cash drawers and coin bags.
