Full-Time Teller

Job Summary
Greet customers and provide a welcoming banking experience while assisting with a range of financial transactions including deposits, loan payments, and cashier’s checks. Use teller software and maintain accurate records, verify customer information, and respond to inquiries about accounts. Cross-sell applicable bank products, manage funds holds when needed, and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain knowledge of bank policies, complete required training, and support customers through in-branch and phone interactions. Requires availability Monday–Friday during banking hours and Saturday morning rotation; physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle money and counting tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to perform duties independently
- Knowledge of financial institution regulations
- Experience with teller software (Web Teller) and check imaging is a plus
