Full -Time Teller

Under the direction of the Head Teller, the Full-Time Teller at the Pemberville Branch performs comprehensive cash receipt and payment services, supports client savings, checking and credit account transactions, cross-sells and refers bank products, opens deposit products, and assists clients with account problems while delivering service-excellence-focused client experiences. Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, cash handling, endorsing and verifying checks, identifying sales opportunities at the Teller counter and drive-thru, recommending bank products, opening or referring services (credit cards, loans, Wealth/Government services), balancing cash drawer, and ensuring compliance with bank procedures. Requires a high school diploma or GED and customer service/cash handling experience. The role involves contributing to sales goals and maintaining accurate records and procedures at the branch.
