Job Summary
Teller at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union Roosevelt branch delivering exceptional member experiences while processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, money orders, gift cards, Speed Deposit, Night Drop) and building member relationships. Responsible for accurate processing in line with policies, identifying member needs and referring suitable FourLeaf products/services, while managing lobby and drive-up flow. Must adhere to regulatory banking requirements (BSA/AML/SAR/CTR) and maintain controls and reconciliations. Requires Monday–Saturday availability; emphasis on accuracy, compliance, customer service, and effective communication to meet branch goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience
- PC, Windows, and internet proficiency
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management
