Job Summary
Teller responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, and cash advances; balance daily transactions and verify cash and check totals; assist other tellers and support the Live Teller Center via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) video, delivering real-time teller assistance to members. Perform the most complex teller functions as needed and ensure members are served promptly and professionally. Requires strong cash-handling and customer-service skills, comfort with technology, and effective communication through video. Education requirement is high school graduate or equivalent; on-site position with routine tech-enabled member interactions.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of currency and check handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be comfortable and proficient with technology devices and services and able to communicate with members through video in a professional manner
