Job Summary
As a Full-Time Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service and perform routine, transactional, operational and client support tasks in a banking center. You will work as an individual contributor with established processes and will strive to meet individual banking-center sales and service goals, while assisting other departments as needed and building strong rapport with clients and fellow associates. You will handle cash with accuracy, adhere to guidelines, and contribute to a positive banking experience for a diverse audience, including educating clients on banking products and digital technologies. The role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and participation in a benefits package and incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills (preferred)
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
