Job Summary
Welcome clients to the branch and assist with account transactions, servicing needs, and cash handling including deposits, withdrawals, and drawer balancing. Listen to uncover financial needs during conversations, transition clients to a banker for deeper wellness discussions, and proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, follow compliance and security procedures, and stay current on product guides and policies. Work Saturdays as directed by management. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, client service experience, and cash handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
