The role involves in-lobby leadership to manage customer flow, delivering needs-based conversations to offer financial and digital solutions, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information while supporting training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months work related experience preferred; or equivalent can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience
