Job Summary
Build and strengthen Member relationships through personalized service, proactive follow-up, and consultative financial conversations. Identify Member needs to recommend products that support financial goals while performing cash and non-cash transactions accurately. Support account servicing and consumer lending activities, including loan applications and digital banking assistance. Collaborate with branch teams to resolve concerns and deliver exceptional Member experiences. This role requires extended standing at the teller line and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
