Job Summary
Full Time Teller role in Tulsa, OK at BancFirst. The position supports BancFirst customers with banking needs, delivering excellent customer service, handling drive-thru and lobby transactions, maintaining cash drawer, processing multiple teller transactions, and cross-selling products to meet goals. Requires cash handling experience, professional image, ability to handle multiple tasks, flexible hours, strong communication, critical thinking, and reliability. Office located at 4901 E. 41st Street, Tulsa, with typical hours Monday–Friday 9:15 am–6:15 pm and Saturdays 8:45 am–1:15 pm.EOE.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer Teller, cash handling, sales and customer service experience
- Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds
- Must display a professional image and demeanor
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must be able to work under stress and deadlines
- Must be able to comply with the position schedule
- Good communication and writing skills
- Critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic, attendance and punctuality are critical
