Full Time Teller

Process personal and business checking and savings deposits via cash or check, verifying cash, endorsements, and issuing receipts. Cash checks, accept loan and tax payments, and handle money orders and treasurer's checks while maintaining station security. Balance drawers, batch cashed checks, count loose coins, and update savings passbooks. Answer customer inquiries, resolve problems, assist with account statements, and refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company and regulatory policies. Maintain a pleasant, professional interaction with customers and colleagues while upholding confidentiality.
