Job Summary
Assist and serve customers by processing mail-in work, night deposits, and commercial and individual checking deposits. Sell bank products, money orders, and utility payments while maintaining and balancing a cash drawer. Verify funds, roll coins, and prepare related paperwork for withdrawals and savings deposits. Cross-train for collections processing, ATM balancing, and back-up CSR duties including opening new accounts. Perform routine clerical tasks and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Work evenings and weekends with occasional travel and remote training.
