Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for running shifts, coaching team members on food prep, barista skills, guest service, and Pret standards; lead by example to create a positive, energized environment, ensure quality and safety standards, manage shop operations from open to close, deliver excellent guest service, and develop staff with opportunities to advance toward higher leadership roles. Requires 1+ years of supervisory experience, NYC Food Handlers Card, and in-person availability of 30+ hours per week. Salary is $21.00 per hour with Mystery Shopper bonuses and tips.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Experience supporting operational performance and service standards in a fast paced and high volume settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- NYC Food Handlers Card
- Available to work in person +30 hours
- Led a shift of greater than 5 employees
