Job Summary
Conduct sales floor operations by actively selling core products, building rapport with guests, and ensuring customer service exceeds expectations. Unload shipments, rotate stock, and maintain an aesthetically compliant, clean, and well-stocked store that meets brand standards and inspection requirements. Communicate regularly with store leadership regarding operations and attend all required meetings and trainings. This active role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the majority of the shift. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
