Job Summary
Full-Time Team Member at Tomlinson’s Feed in Austin, TX. Daily responsibilities include assisting guests on the sales floor, actively selling core pet products, unloading shipments, rotating stock, stocking, and maintaining an inspection-ready store. You’ll build rapport with guests, strive to exceed customer service expectations, support leadership initiatives, uphold brand standards, and participate in required meetings and trainings. The role requires being on your feet most of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- On-your-feet work for majority of shift
