Job Summary
Lead on-the-floor operations across multiple departments (Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities), act as Manager on Duty when on-site leadership is absent, coach and develop team members, drive guest experience and program sales, enforce safety policies, manage shift procedures, and oversee party/event program execution while maintaining park-wide operational readiness and a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred
