Full Time Team Lead for the Latrobe Store

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping register stocked with the adequate change, addressing customer/donor needs/complaints. Supervises store employees; acts under direct supervision of the Store Manager. Background checks including Act 151 PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal History Check and FBI Fingerprints required. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
