Full Time Supervisor -Whalers Village

Supervisor is responsible for managing in-store sales and service experience and promoting a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales KPIs and profitability goals. Responsibilities include maintaining an approachable, efficient floor service, developing and retaining repeat clients, maintaining knowledge of seasonal apparel, contributing to visual merchandising and CRM-driven events, and mentoring part-time and seasonal client associates. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and POS systems, back-office operations, visual merchandising, recruitment/training, strong communication, decision-making, and ability to work non-traditional hours are required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; 1-3 years retail store management experience; 2 years client services experience preferred.
