Job Summary
Lead store operations by opening and closing the store, managing cash register functions, and ensuring accurate money handling. Maintain daily inventory checks, stock products per Visual Merchandising guidelines, and provide personalized service to in-store and phone customers. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by conducting store walks and leading team training on brand knowledge. Handle problem situations professionally while ensuring safe and legal store trading.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Experience managing a large team
- Previous Retail experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Show pride and passion for customer service
- Be an effective shop floor coach
- Have a problem solving mindset
- Be calm under pressure or when dealing with challenges
- Be a natural communicator who conveys the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission
- Be able to operate all management functions on the cash register
- Be able to handle money accurately
- Be able to check inventory daily
- Be able to ensure products are stocked and available for customers
- Be able to adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Be able to open and close the store
- Be able to ensure the store trades safely and legally
