Job Summary
The Supervisor leads store operations to deliver top-tier customer service and sales results at a Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Bicester. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient shop-floor running, supporting management in personnel, product and merchandising functions, participating in staff and management meetings, communicating promotions, driving sales while achieving targets, fostering a positive customer experience, delivering consistent product knowledge training, upholding visual merchandising and store standards, opening/closing duties, and developing a talent pool for key positions. The role requires prior supervisory experience in premium or luxury retail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership, adaptability, and a proactive, initiative-driven approach to daily store performance.
