Job Summary
Oversees a team of front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promote loyalty programs. Leads by example, trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage and breaks, addresses customer concerns, and ensures tasks align with the store plan. Communicates priorities to management, supports training needs to improve effectiveness, and promotes a safe, compliant store environment while fostering honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to train others
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
