Full-Time Supervisor

Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases by using creative visual techniques. Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are alternated through seasons and retail events while analyzing Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layout. Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser, set up and monitor in-store promotions, and provide training on merchandising and displays. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety while leading by example. Requires 6–12 months of visual merchandising experience, strong time management, and attention to detail. Full-time, permanent role at Eaton Centre, ON, with a flexible schedule and hourly pay of $19–$20.
