Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experience and foster team growth by performing managerial tasks such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge, coaching, and feedback while generating business results and achieving key KPIs. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to meet sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Support key initiatives and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. This full-time, permanent role at JD Sports Canada CF Rideau requires a minimum of two years of retail management experience and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
